It’s easy! All you have to do is click onto ‘Products’ and browse the menu options on the left. When you see something you like, click on the “Add to cart” button. This puts the product in your Shopping Cart. You can keep an eye on your running total on the top part of the screen. You can put as many products as you like in your Shopping Cart; then, when you’re finished, just click on “Go to Cart”, fill in the required information, and in no time we’ll enrich your life with Magnfiscense products.

By emailing us with what you want we’ll be able to organise a proforma invoice that you’ll be allowed to pay by by sending us a money order. Unfortunately we don’t accept Cheques (other than bank cheques).

Shopping at the Magnifiscense online shop should be as enjoyable and stress free as shopping in a store. Therefore, Magnifiscense places enormous importance on ensuring your information is safe. Your credit card details are encrypted to ensure its’ safe transfer to the bank
Products can be delivered throughout Australia via Courier or Express Post (for tracking purposes).
Orders are despatched on receipt of payment being cleared at our bank.
Orders within Australia will be delivered in 4 – 7 working days from the time you are advised that your order is processed, unless you are notified otherwise (some remote locations may take up to 10 working days).
During peak trading times (May, November & December), you may experience a slight delay, in which case your order will be delivered within 6–10 working days.

We hope that you love everything you order from the Magnifiscense online shop. However, should any products be faulty or damaged we will happily refund or exchange these items for you.
This must be done within 7 days on receipt of your order.
Refund and Exchanges
To organise a refund for faulty or damaged products please contact customer service on email@example.com and they will provide you with our reply paid address or send you out an express post bag. A full refund will be made via your original payment method as soon as we receive the products back.
Or should you wish to receive a replacement item instead, please let us know when you let us know about the faulty or damaged goods, and we will ship it out to you as soon as we receive the product back.
