How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 72 hours unless there are extenuating circumstances where this time may be slightly longer. Depending on your location, delivery is dependent on Australia Post and it’s timings.
We will send you a tracking number once we have got your order to Australia Post to send.
Free Shipping
For orders over $50 shipping is free for Australian customers.
How much does delivery cost?
It will usually cost $11.25 to ship your order for a single oil, the shipping is calculated on size and weight (worked out by Australia Post) if it is less than $50. Orders over $50 do not incur a delivery fee.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the tracking details. Your Australia Post tracking number can be tracked using the Australia Post website

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, we may be able to amend the delivery address. Please get in contact with our customer service team as soon as possible to let them know the issue. Please ensure you have the order number included in your message.
What if I am not home when my order arrives?
Australia Post may notify you on the morning of delivery if you’d like delivery at home or for it to be redirected. If you’re not home they will leave you a ‘missed delivery card’ in your letterbox. Take this to your local post office to collect your order
Do you deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses or Parcel Lockers?

Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, if you are home when the parcel is delivered, you will be asked to sign for the delivery.

A product I am purchasing says “Free Shipping” on it, what does this mean?
This item has Free Domestic Shipping applied to it. This means that if you order this item, all items in your cart will be shipped for free within Australia.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, check the express shipping on checkout.
Return Policy
If for some reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered from this website you may return new and unused and unopened items within 14 days of the date of receipt. We will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging; no refund can be made for products that have been used or opened.
