Legend: Long been part of the witches’ remedy kit for stomach complaints and general well being. Medieval monks planted Chamomile Roman on the raised “healing beds” they made in their gardens for invalids to lie upon to relieve depression from long term illness.

Heal your Body: Roman chamomiles sedative and anti-inflammatory properties can be used to treat colic, diarrhoea, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, poor appetite and digestion. This gentle essential oil is beneficial for treating children and may be used to help with the pain associated with teething. Roman Chamomile is great as an emergency remedy during an asthma attack (proved you aren’t allergic to it). It helps to rub a few drops mixed in jojoba on the solar plexus (Magnifiscense Roman Chamomile is already blended for you), wrists and temple. It’s calming, analgesic effect can be a soothing antidepressant, help relieve anxiety and stress and alieviate migranies, headaches, PMS and insomnia.

Directions: Suspended in a base of pure Jojoba oil, this Chamomile Roman pure essential oil blend can be applied neat to the skin or used in massage. Please note: that Essential Oils blended with Jojoba do not burn as well in candle vaporisers (unless they are very well heated). The water in the candle vaporiser needs to be quite hot and the newer open style burners just don’t heat the water/oil up enough, so if you are purchasing a new vaporiser make sure you get an enclosed one.
